Queen - The one who rules all others. She walks the lands, oversees the laws and sees to what is best for her lands and people.
Warlord Prince - The one who rules in the place of a Queen. He rules just like a Queen in the fact that he oversees the laws and sees to what is best for his land and people.
Steward - Advisor of the court. Oversees 'squabbles', rules when the Queen/Warlord Prince can not, keeps everything running smoothly.
Consort - The Queen's lover by HER choice. The Consort does everything the First Escort would, plus more intimate duties.
Lady Consort - The Warlord Prince's lover by HIS choice. The Lady Consort does everything the First Escort would, plus more intimate duties.
First Escort - First Escort and Consort/Lady Consort are almost the same job. Usually a court has one or the other. If there are both, the First Escort takes a secondary position to the Consort.
Master of the Guard - In charge of the Guard and the business of battle and war. His job is to keep the Keep safe and the Queen/Warlord Prince from harm's way.
The First Circle - Members of the Queen's/Warlord Prince's Court. Those who serve her/him and help her/him to rule.
